Do you need to measure a sound, or need to be alerted when a sound has occurred? iHearU is a sound meter with a difference, it will call a designated phone number when a sound activates the iphone so you can listen in to what's happening!

Use your iphone as a sound meter to log any sound you've set it to 'hear'

There are four main areas on the home screen:

// SET

Takes you to the 'SETTINGS' menu

// TEST

This places the application into 'TEST' mode so you can check the sound levels.

// ARM

Arms the device

// SLIDER

Sets the level of noise you require to activate the device

As you can see from the screengrabs above, you have five areas to set:

// Phone

If activated you will need to add a phone number you want to contact when the application is activated

// ReArm

Re Arms the deviceeach time it's activated

// Log

A reporting log so you can see when the phone was activated

Restrictions:
Although very accurate, iHearU should only be used for entertainment purposes, or supported by a professional sound device. Please note network coverage may effect the the application.

We recommend turning on call forwarding when using this application, or placing the iphone on vibrate . . . you don't want an incoming call setting off the application!
